The NERPO Meeting was called to
order by NERPO Chairman Doug Powers at

The Pledge of Allegiance was not
conducted due to there being no flag available in the room.
III. Welcome and Introductions
Conducted by NERPO Chairman Doug
Powers, the Mayor Apache of Raton, and
IV. Approval of Agenda
Motion passed by acclimation.
V.
Approval of NERPO Meeting Minutes –
Motion to approve was made by
Hoot Gibson and seconded by Bobby Casados. Motion passed.
VI. Updates from RPO Planners
Updates given by Mariana Padilla
and Chris Pacheco.
VII. District Engineer’s Update (Paul Gray)
Update
given by Dennis Peralta the Assistant DE.
Subjects discussed were:
Rundown
of GRIP 2 process and projects and the possibility of resurrecting the Bill in
next year’s Legislature.
Update on District 4 Projects and the status of recent projects up for
bid.
Also discussed was
the match requirements and technical specifications. Mike Running brought up the technical
specifications. Les Montoya and Hoot
Gibson discussed the Lead of projects and the agreements. All of this was centered and based on Project
Readiness. Discussion

Included in this was the Meeting
Schedule and Open Meetings Act Compliance.
